Open to all SUNY Cortland students, faculty, and staff at no cost. Hosted by Female Force
Mondays beginning February 13
6-7pm, Asthanga Vinyasa
The Zen Den, Tully
Open-level class, all welcome! Please bring your own mat, water, and desired props. Limited to 15 students (preregistration available by emailing or texting Yogini, prepayment required). $15 per person, $10 for current students with ID.
Thursdays, 5:30pm-6:30pm
Ashtanga Vinyasa
Cortland YWCA
Open level, all welcome! Please bring your own mat and desired props. A membership with the YW is not needed to take class. Click here for pricing. Students are $10 per class with Student ID.
